  • Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the application form.
  • This is not an Admission Form, nor does the submission of this form entitle any child automatic admission to the school.
  • Any pressure or recommendation that is brought to bear on the school authorities will automatically disqualify this application.

 Instructions for filling the Registration Form
  • Children whose birth date falls as in * Age Criteria are eligible for registration for the said Academic Session.
  • You may apply online through the website.

Guidelines for filling Online Forms
  • This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
  • When a user selects values in some List box or radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till this process is completed the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have a slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time. Please be patient.

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]:
  • Original birth certificate of the child.
  • You will be required to give the School a copy of your ward’s immunization and other medical details. This is necessary in the interest of the child. You are therefore requested to ensure that all the relevant details are available with you at the time of completing admission formalities.
  • Election Identity Card / Passport / Telephone bill – for verification of address (in original).
  • A copy of Child’s Aadhar Card.
  • Three passport size photographs of the child.
  • Two stamp size photographs of each parent.
  • The Transfer Certificate (for students of Class II onwards) is to be submitted before the start of the session.

Note:The documents will be verified at the time of admission.
